📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and maintain heavy machinery and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on construction equipment.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting on faulty equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated and certified according to industry standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Document inspection and maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff on equipment inspection and maintenance procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction equipment inspection and maintenance.
• Certification in construction equipment inspection and maintenance (e.g., NCCER, CMMS, or similar).
• Familiarity with construction equipment brands and models commonly used in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, or similar).
• Proficiency in using inspection and maintenance tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
