📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations of franchise locations to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Provide training and support to franchise owners and managers to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the corporate office.
• Collaborate with regional managers to address operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve franchise performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise management, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in data analysis and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in franchise management or a related field is a plus.
