📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs for construction projects
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and contractors
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive safety documentation, including incident reports and accident investigations
• Monitor and report on environmental impacts of construction activities
• Ensure compliance with national and international health, safety, and environmental standards
• Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies on safety and environmental matters
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction industry
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Familiarity with environmental management systems and ISO 14001 standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction-specific software
