📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and trends.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller with a focus on MEP systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Certification in BIM or related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration into BIM models.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
