📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Take and process orders accurately using our POS system
• Ensure smooth operations in the dining area, including table setup and cleanup
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver food and beverages efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Promote our menu items and specials to guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
