As a Beauty Advisor Team Leader / Area Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of beauty advisors, setting and achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure that all operational and sales goals are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of beauty advisors, ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the store, providing regular feedback and support to the team.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient restocking processes.
• Conduct store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the store manager and regional team to ensure consistent brand standards and customer experiences.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and store performance.
• Promote and upsell products to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team of sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and personal care products, including brands and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as SAP or Oracle Retail, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be fluent in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
