📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee the daily operations of the EHS team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
• Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our EHS programs.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of EHS considerations into all aspects of our operations.
• Provide training and education to employees on EHS best practices and procedures, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in environmental health and safety.
• Represent Sodexo at industry events, conferences, and forums to share knowledge and expertise in EHS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in EHS management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, preferably with additional specialized certifications in environmental health and safety.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing comprehensive EHS programs in complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve EHS excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with the local regulations and industry standards in Bali, Indonesia.
