📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end data transformation process, from data ingestion to data activation.
• Develop and implement data strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation.
• Leverage advanced data transformation tools such as Alteryx, Informatica, and Talend to streamline data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data assets.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the data transformation team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance data transformation capabilities.
• Report on the progress and impact of data transformation initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data transformation, with a proven track record of leading complex data projects.
• Certifications in data transformation tools such as Alteryx, Informatica, or Talend are a plus.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive innovation and efficiency.
