📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on best practices and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate cleaning performance, providing feedback and support as needed
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to cleaning services
• Work closely with other department heads to ensure that cleaning services support the overall operations of the facility
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in cleaning and hygiene

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or hospitality industry
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and hygiene
• Experience with cleaning management software, such as ServiceTitan or CleanScape
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
