In this role, you'll manage a team of 10-15 staff members, oversee inventory, and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards. You'll also collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute promotional events, ensuring our cafe remains a top destination in Bandung's food scene.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere in our cafe.
• Oversee staff training and development to maintain high service standards.
• Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional events.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports for the cafe.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Represent Dinasty Catering at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing team operations and maintaining high service standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Understanding of food safety and health regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
