📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Provide technical writing support for marketing and sales materials.,Participate in product development reviews and provide feedback on technical content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
