📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages efficiently.,Manage the reception area, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,High school diploma or equivalent.
