Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP standards.,Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documents.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial accounting and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a strong background in US GAAP.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.,Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, including but not limited to Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
