📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Train and mentor retail staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.
  • Participate in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Promote and upsell products to increase sales revenue.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
