Depot Gilang Medical Center is seeking a talented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial support to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our medical center.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial support and advice to the management team.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts.,Maintain and update the company's chart of accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
