In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the cost of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost management principles and a proven track record in delivering projects efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure compliance with budget.,Conduct regular cost reviews and provide reports to project managers.,Analyze cost data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Prepare and submit tender documents and cost proposals.,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to secure the best possible prices.,Provide cost advice and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices.,Proficient in the use of cost management software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
