📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events and recognition programs, including corporate events, team-building activities, and employee appreciation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with company goals.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective event delivery.
• Leverage event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo to streamline event planning and registration processes.
• Develop and implement creative and innovative event concepts that align with our company's brand and values.
• Evaluate event outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management.
• Foster a culture of recognition and appreciation within the organization to enhance employee engagement and morale.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Event Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using event management software and other relevant tools.
