📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.,Maintain and update the company's customer database and CRM system.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products/services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and track sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Previous experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a plus.
