📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including kitchen and dining areas.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
