Makmur Sari Electronics is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team. As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for managing our bar operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. This is a full-time position located in Jimbaran, with a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 13.000.000 to Rp 20.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure the bar is well-stocked and maintained to meet customer demands.,Create and maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the bar area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales and inventory, and prepare regular reports for management.,Train and mentor new bartenders and staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Strong knowledge of alcohol and mixology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of local regulations and licensing requirements for serving alcohol.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
