Jaya Oka Tea is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in internal auditing to gain valuable experience and develop their skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and scheduling of internal audits,Conduct audits and evaluate internal controls,Prepare audit reports and recommendations,Identify areas for improvement and risk management,Assist in the preparation of audit documentation,Provide support to the audit team during fieldwork,Maintain and update audit records and documentation,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Basic knowledge of internal auditing principles and practices,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team environment,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and audit software,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges,Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or recent graduate
