📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our indoor vertical farming systems, ensuring optimal growing conditions for crops like lettuce, herbs, and microgreens.
• Monitor crop health, growth rates, and yield, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Work with our team to optimize water usage, nutrient solutions, and lighting systems for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of our vertical farming equipment, including pumps, filters, and climate control systems.
• Collaborate with our Research and Development team to test new growing techniques and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for vertical farming.
• Train and mentor junior staff on vertical farming techniques and equipment operation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our vertical farming protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vertical farming, indoor agriculture, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of hydroponics, aeroponics, and soil-less growing techniques.
• Familiarity with vertical farming software and tools, such as our proprietary system.
• Knowledge of plant physiology, crop nutrition, and pest management.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining and optimizing our farming systems.
• Valid certification in indoor agriculture or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
