📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the editorial direction of brand communications, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Develop and execute creative partnership strategies to drive brand growth.
  • Lead the Brand & Creative Partnerships team, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and creative initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in brand strategy and creative partnerships.
  • Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in editorial direction or brand strategy.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing creative partnership strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and branding tools.
  • Passion for storytelling and brand development.
