• Monitor and ensure the traceability of products throughout the supply chain using systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Manage and process customer returns, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control protocols.
• Analyze and report on traceability data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to returns and traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer operations and traceability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality control protocols in the eye care industry.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
