📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate life insurance products.,Conduct product knowledge training and seminars for customers and agents.,Monitor and report on bancassurance performance metrics.,Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in bancassurance or a similar role.,Strong understanding of life insurance products and bancassurance strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with insurance software and systems.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
