📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for job interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Support the recruitment team in organizing and conducting job fairs, interviews, and other recruitment events.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and report generation.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation programs.,Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
