We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Kelington Engineering (S) Pte Ltd in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our global supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and logistics management, with a proven track record of optimizing logistics processes and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire shipping and logistics process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other third-party logistics providers.,Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all shipping and logistics activities, including customs clearance and compliance with international trade laws.,Provide guidance and support to the logistics team to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in shipping and logistics to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in shipping and logistics coordination, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Proven experience in managing international shipments and dealing with customs and trade regulations.,Strong knowledge of shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficient in using logistics management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian customs and trade regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
