📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
