📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.,Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive shopping experience.,Assisting in stock management and ensuring product availability.,Promoting products and special offers to increase sales.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Providing accurate and timely information to customers about products and services.,Maintaining a clean and organized retail space.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
