Indonesia Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facilities and ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care provided to patients.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that all healthcare regulations and guidelines are being followed, and that the facility is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Manage the scheduling of staff members, ensuring that there is adequate coverage for all shifts.,Work closely with the medical director to ensure that the facility is meeting all of its quality and safety standards.,Maintain open and effective communication with all staff members, as well as with patients and their families.,Develop and implement training programs for new staff members, as well as for ongoing education and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines, as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.,Valid CPR certification is required.
