This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and develop the store team, providing training and support.,Monitor store performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistent brand standards and operational practices.,Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
