We are looking for a KOL Partnership Associate who is not only passionate about crypto, trading, and Web3 but also has a keen understanding of the local market and the ability to build meaningful relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives with influencers and key opinion leaders in the crypto, trading, and Web3 space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that leverage the influence of KOLs.
• Conduct market research to identify and engage with potential KOLs who align with our brand values and goals.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL partnerships to ensure they meet our business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the crypto, trading, and Web3 industry.
• Manage and optimize the budget allocated for KOL partnerships.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and performance of KOL partnerships to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or a related field, with a focus on influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing KOL partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the crypto, trading, and Web3 industry and ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus.
