The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the distribution of our products to various clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the distribution of products to clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to optimize distribution routes and schedules.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality and safety of distribution processes.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or challenges related to distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and deliveries.
