📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the distribution team.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Conduct regular performance reviews of the distribution team.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
