📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock counts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.
